Ingredients

45 Minutes
20 Sandwiches
  • 1/2 kgBoneless Chicken
  • 3Grated Carrot's
  • 2Grated capsicums (sieve the water)
  • 200 gMayonnaise
  • 2 tbspBlack pepper
  • 2 tbspChilli sauce
  • 4 tbspTomato sauce
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1 1/2 tbspGinger Garlic Paste
  • 1tspn Chilli paste

Steps

45 Minutes
  1. 1

    Boil the chicken with ginger garlic paste, chilli paste and salt to taste.

  2. 2

    After cooling, Shred the chicken add mayonnaise, shredded carrots and capsicums, black pepper, chilli sauce, tomato sauce, and salt to taste. Mix well

  3. 3

    Once done, spread on a slice of bread, and serve.
