Whisk curd leaving no lumps

Wash and bathua leaves nicely. Blanch them and make a fine paste Retaining it's lush green colour

Wash the mint leaves and chop them finely

Add the bathua paste to curd and whisk nicely which gives a beautiful colour to curd.

Add all the spices, salt, boondi and mint leaves...
- 6
Garnish with freshly chopped coriander Serve cool with stuffed parathas,phulkas naan..goes well with pulao or fried rice.
