Mix maida, besan, sooji, elaichi powder and baking powder together very well and keep aside.

Now in a mixing bowl, whisk ghee and powdered sugar till light and fluffy.

Add in the flour mixture in two or three batches and mix well.

Do not knead the dough..just combine it well.

Make small balls and place them over greased baking tray at little distance and bake them in preheated oven at 160° for 10-12 minutes.

Let them cool down completely then remove from baking tray.

Enjoy yumm flaky delicious nankhatai with hot tea or milk.
