I love blondies, and adding toffee to this rich, buttery goodness is amazing. As a bonus it makes your home smell scrumptious!

Ingredients

  1. 2 1/2 cupsbrown sugar, packed
  2. 1/2 cupbutter (1 stick)
  3. 2large eggs, beaten
  4. 2 tablespoonsvanilla extract
  5. 1 1/4 teaspoonsbaking soda
  6. 1/4 teaspoonsalt
  7. 2 cupsall purpose flour
  8. 1 cuptoffee chips
  9. Chopped pecans. Optional

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 350. Grease a 9x13 pan with butter or non stick spray.

    In mixing bowl cream butter and sugar together.

  3. 3

    Add eggs and vanilla and mix until well combined.

  4. 4

    Add salt, baking powder and flour. Stir until combined.

  5. 5

    Add toffee chips and mix well. Add pecans if desired now.

  6. 6

    Spray hands with non stick spray or butter and press dough into pan evenly.

  7. 7

    Bake for 20 to 30 minutes. Careful not to over bake. The middle should be a little soft. They will firm up while cooling.

    Let cool and cut into squares. Enjoy 😀
