  1. 1tab tofu
  2. 1shiitake mushroom
  3. 50 gcarrot
  4. 50 gonion
  5. 100 gminced chicken
  6. 1egg
  7. 2 tbspsoy sauce : (A)
  8. 1 tbspSake : (A)
  9. 1 tbspMirin : (A)
  10. 1/2 cupDashi broth : (A)
  11. 1 tspsugar : (A)

  1. 1

    Remove water from the tofu.

  2. 2

    Reconstruct a shiitake mushroom. Chop all vegetables into small pieces.

  3. 3

    Mix the condiments (A) together in a bowl.

    Pour the sesame oil into a frying pan and warm over high heat. Put the tofu and crumble it with stir-frying.

    Add the minced chicken and keep stirring. When the meat changes colour, add all vegetables and (A). Turn the heat to medium and cook to reduce the broth.

  6. 6

    Beat the egg. When the broth is reduced to half, add the beaten egg. When the egg starts to set, stir in a circular motion 15 to 20 times.
