Bhindi Masala

First wash bhindi and wipe.Slit and saute in oil for 10 mins. On mid.slow flame add salt and pinch soda.

Now take out bhindi in a plate and same pan add cumin seeds chopped onion salt and saute till it looks transparent. Add chopped tomatoes saute till it become soft. Add ginger chilli garlic paste.

Now take chilli powder in a cup and add 2-3tb.spoon water and dilute.add in a subji mixture mix well. kasuri methi crush in hands.and add all masala saute for 2-3mins and add 3/4glass water.cover and cook for 5mins.

Now open the lid and add bhindi cook 2-3 minutes. Now take curd and dilute besan mix properly and add in a subji. Cook for 5-7mins. On a mid flame.

Ready to serve. Garnish with green garlic. Serve with naan paratha roti. Tasty tasty bhindi masala is ready to serve.
