  • Thyme
  • Curry
  • Onions
  • Scotch bonnet
  • Seasoning
  • Salt
  • Veg oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat veg oil add tomato are,thyme,scotch bonnet,salt,bay leaves,curry and stir well,time to time

  2. 2

    Add parboiled rice and water that will be enough to cook rice

  3. 3

    Add sliced onions and simmer for 10 mins

  4. 4

    Serve with plantain
