Ingredients

  1. 48 ozground turkey
  2. 1/2 bagbrocolli
  3. 1/2 bagcorn
  4. 2 canscream of mushroom
  5. 3red, yellow, & orange bell peppers - each cut in half, use half & dice
  6. Minute rice
  7. to tasteSeasonings - paprika, lemon pepper, crushed red pepper, pepper, garlic salt, onion powder, parsley flakes (season food TWICE)

Steps

  1. 1

    Dice up your onion & three different bell peppers

  2. 2

    Ground your turkey meat in pot & cook all the way thru; add your diced onion & peppers

  3. 3

    Season your meat ONCE!!

  4. 4

    Add your 2 cans cream of mushroom - from each can add water to your meat & stir

  5. 5

    Add broccoli, corn, & rice & stir.
    Add a pinch of water to make sure rice will properly cook. (put however much rice you desire in your meat)

  6. 6

    Season your mixture one last time, stir, & cook on low with lid on.

  7. 7

    Voila! & bon apetit
