Ingredients

  1. 2 (4 oz)each) Chicken Breasts, boneless & skinless
  2. 1Pear, peeled, cored & diced
  3. 3 Tbs.Onion, diced
  4. 1/4 tsp.Fresh Rosemary, chopped
  5. Garlic Powder
  6. Onion Powder
  7. Salt
  8. Pepper
  9. 1/2 C.Rice, uncooked (brown or white)

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut any visible fat from the chicken. Season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper to your taste. Grill or pan fry chicken until cooked through.

  2. 2

    While chicken is cooking, boil water for rice and cook the rice.

  3. 3

    In a small frying pan, with a spray of olive oil, add the pear, onion and rosemary. Sauté on med-low, until the onion is soft and the pears are slightly caramelized.

  4. 4

    Serve the grilled chicken stop the rice and add the pear atop the chicken. Enjoy!
