Steps

Wash and soak soya beans overnight.

When beans is soft, rinse and grind or blend.

Sieve with a cheesecloth to get milk out.

Set pot of Soya milk on fire and allow to cook for 30mins. Stir at intervals to avoid milk spilling.

After 30mins, pour in your mix Epsom salt and little water.

Milk will separate and coagulate. Get cheesecloth and turn the content of the pot in.

Your Awara is what is left in the cheesecloth. Squeeze out remnant of fluid by placing something heavy on the cheesecloth. (I used gallon filled with water).

After 20mins, remove awara from cheesecloth and cut to desired shape. Can be stored in a plastic put in the freezer for future use.
