First chopped the palak and wash it. After that make smooth puree of palak in mixer.

Now mix the wheat flour in palak puree and 2 tspoon oil and make a dough like paratha. Now roll.out pratha and make it on tava just like in photo.

Now for filling, put 2 to 3 t spoon oil add grated ginger and garlic. Now add onion and tomato. Now add all spices. And let them be cooked means evaporate all moisture (water). And in last add grated paneer.

Now take a paratha and put that feeling on the paratha and make a roll of pratha just like in photo.
