Meatball with bolognese sauce and creamy white sauce
Cooking Instructions

Saute holland and garlic for a few minutes

Add chili powder. Blend it well. Add water if needed

Add bolognese sauce. Stir it well

Then add on seasoning and dry herbs such as oregano, parsley and basil.

Dont forget to put capsicum.

For white sauce, put butter in pan, add flour, stir it well to make white roux, then put milk, stir. Add cheese, stir until thick. Heat off.

Fry meatball in a few minutes.

Put meatball in aluminium foil, add on spicy bolognese sauce, add white sauce and sprinkle with mozarella and cheddar cheese on top.. Bake for 20mins and its done.

I like to try out different recipe I find on Pinterest and make small changes to them to make it easier, I found this to be time consuming as I do make my own pizza dough, can use a store bought easy one , it’s just wrapping all the meatballs was wow this is taking for ever! Lol ! I served this with spaghetti , so instead of having meatballs in my spaghetti, it was in the garlic cheesy bread , my kids was surprised 😮 what’s this?! Lol there was mix likes and dis likes , I just have one kid who doesn’t like meatballs so. It was fun to do but not something I’d probably do again unless it’s just a snack .
