First wash the leaves well. Then chopped it.

In a pressure cooker.. Add all the leaves with garlic, ginger, and chillies. With salt. Cook for five whistle on low flame.

When saag cooked, make a tadka.meanwhile smooth the saag with the of help of ladle. Or blend in a mixer. Add makki ka atta too for shinning.

In a kadhai, add ghee when ghee heats add hing, whole red chilli.allow to crackle.

Add onions saute till golden. Add all the masala, sauté till masala loose oil. Now add 🍅 puree into it.

Again saute till masala separates the oil. Now add mashed Saag into it cook for 15 to 20 min.

Saag is ready. Enjoy with makki ki roti.
