Firstly dry roast besan in pan and keep aside.

Cut tofu in wide long sticks.

Place tofu/paneer in a bowl and add besan and all marination ingridents and mix well.

Leave for marination for 15-20 minutes.

Heat oil in a pan and place a tofu sticks and shallow fry until golden browned on both sides.

Serve hot with any dip, salsa, chutney, ketchup.
