Peel nd cut/dice plantain fry nd keep aside.

In a pan add oil then onion fry,add scotch bonnet then water add maggi(add in hr eggs also) nd let it boil add noodles and allow it to cook,when finally cooked server with plantain nd egg but eat alone😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
