Steps

Take a plate add grated lauki,salt,green chilli,besan and ajwain mix and make a batter.

Take a appam pan pour one drop of oil.

Take a wok add oil saute garlic add onion saute till golden golden colour then add all dry masala,tomato puree and ginger paste saute then add boiled water for gravy then boil for 5 minutes.

Take a besan batter and make a koftas in appam pan.

After 5 minutes add koftas boil for 2 minutes add green coriander and serve.
