Groundnut Oil Beans with Custard

Cook the beans. Drain out the first water. Add boiled water and cook till tender. Add the chopped onions, fresh tomatoes and pepper, dryfish, crayfish, cubes, salt. Allow to cook well. Add the groundnut oil, stir and remove.

Add three table spoons of custard into a plate. Add little water to mix. Boil water and add to the custard to make well. Add honey, peak milk and stir well.

Serve the custard with the groundnut oil beans.
