Ingredients

  • 2large eggplants, grilled on a gas stove, peeled, and finely mashed
  • 2tomatoes, finely chopped
  • 2green bell peppers, finely chopped
  • 1/2 bunchparsley, finely chopped
  • 1 clovegarlic, finely minced
  • 1/4 cuplemon juice
  • Salt to taste
  • Olive oil for drizzling on top
  • Pomegranate seeds for garnish

    First, prepare the grilled eggplants, ensuring they are cool and finely mashed. Add the vegetables, garlic, salt, and lemon juice to the eggplants.
