Khoya stuffed delights

Boil and mash the bananas.Add besan, salt, Turmeric powder, chopped coriander leaves.Mix it well.

Take khoya in another bowl and add Turmeric mix it well so that would be smooth.

Now,make small balls of khoya and stuff raisins inside.Now,make the banana mixture balls and stuff the khoya ball inside the banana balls.

Make all the balls like this.

Now,heat the oil and deep fry all the balls till it turns golden brown.

Take it out and keep aside.

Now,in a bowl boil water.and sliced onions, cashew nuts, almonds, Cinnamon,cardomom, cloves, sliced tomatoes....after 10 minutes off the flame and make the fine paste of this mixture.

Heat the oil in kadahi.add bay leaf.add onion mixture paste and ginger garlic paste.

After 5 minutes,add coriander powder, Turmeric powder salt...stir it well and fry untill the aroma of the spices comes out.add water.let it boil for 5 minutes.

Add banana balls before serving in gravy.
