Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

Heat the milk with the butter in the microwave until the butter is melted.

In a mixing bowl, combine the whole egg, egg yolk, and flour.

Stir in the milk and butter mixture.

Add the diced zucchini, shredded Swiss cheese, and curry powder.

Season the mixture lightly with salt and pepper.

Fill the cannelé molds two-thirds full with the batter.

Bake for 20 minutes.

Let the cannelés cool, then remove them from the molds and set aside.
