Ingredients

  1. 1 cupmilk (250 ml)
  2. 2 tablespoonsbutter (30 g)
  3. 2 1/2 tablespoonsshredded Swiss cheese (20 g)
  4. 2/3 cupdiced zucchini (100 g)
  5. 1egg
  6. 1egg yolk
  7. 1/3 cupall-purpose flour (50 g)
  8. 1 teaspooncurry powder
  9. Salt
  10. Pepper
  11. 1bowl
  12. 1mixing bowl
  13. 1teaspoon
  14. 1cannelé mold
  15. Utensils

Steps

  1. 1

    Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

  2. 2

    Heat the milk with the butter in the microwave until the butter is melted.

  3. 3

    In a mixing bowl, combine the whole egg, egg yolk, and flour.

  4. 4

    Stir in the milk and butter mixture.

  5. 5

    Add the diced zucchini, shredded Swiss cheese, and curry powder.

  6. 6

    Season the mixture lightly with salt and pepper.

  7. 7

    Fill the cannelé molds two-thirds full with the batter.

  8. 8

    Bake for 20 minutes.

  9. 9

    Let the cannelés cool, then remove them from the molds and set aside.

  10. 10

    Enjoy.
