  • 1Brinjal
  • 2onions
  • 2tomatoes
  • 1/2ginger paste
  • 4garlic
  • 3green chilli
  • 1/2turmeric powder
  • 1/2Red chilli powder
  • 1salt
  • oil as needed

Steps

  1. 1

    First we spread the oil on the Brinjal roast it over open flame on gas then peel it.

    We make gravy with ginger,garlic,onion,tomato,now heat a pan add oil,mix gravy and spices

    Add mashed Brinjal then mix well

    Granish with chopped coriander leaves and serve hot.
