2Garlic cloves
500 gminced beef
2 tbspcurry powder
Fresh mint finely choped
Salt & black pepper

Combine all of the ingredients in a large bowl & mix well until well blended
2

Shape the mixture into 4 burgers & chill until ready to Bbq
3

Cook the burgers for 3 mins per side for rare or longer for medium to well done
