Lasan Mallida is an age old recipe which came from ancestors. This is just winter recipe consumed to give warmth to body and lubricant to joints.

Add water and salt to bajra flour and knead dough.

Roll and make roti out of it.

Once roti is ready cool it. Break into pieces and grind it into mixture.

In a pan take ghee. Add washed and chopped garlic.

Add bit salt if required. Add crushed roti. Cover and cook for 5 minutes. Lasan Mallida is ready to serve.

Enjoy this healthy winter dish with curd.
