Steps

    Slice plantain and fry in vegetable oil fry till golden brown.

  2. 2

    Slice the garden egg,pepper,onion and fresh tomatoes,heat up vegetable oil and fry all in it after 10minutes add salt,knorr cubes few minutes later cut and add the scent leaves.
