Linguine with spicy calamari

Wash and prepare your calamari. Cut into thin slices. Chop your chillies

Fry garlic in olive oil for a few mins. Add chillies and fry for a min. Add calamari and glug of wine. Let alcohol evaporate

Add chopped tomatoes and a little water. Simmer gently for about 45-50 mins. Cook pasta, drain 1 min before cooking time. Add to pasta, mix well, remove garlic and garnish with parsley
