Wash the goat meat with warm warm and salt using hard sponge.keep the brain in a separate bowl.put the ngorr in a clean pot then roast the ehuru seeds then blend it.

Put the goat head in a pot to boil add salt,onion,ehuru,crayfish,yellow pepper,seasoning cubes and water.Boil till ot soften the add the brain when the water is almost dry remove the brain and pound then set aside.

Sieve the ngor and leave the liquid in the pot,pour in red oil,pounded brain,salt,maggi cubes,
