This is a sauce from the Cameroon people used for yam or plantain.
Steps

Fry groundnut in an empty pot till it's half done. Try not to burn it.

Remove the husk and grind the groundnut into a paste.

Put groundnut oil on the fire, fry chopped onions till translucent.

Add tomatoes and peppers.
- 5
Fry for a bit, add groundnut paste. Fry till dry. Don't let it burn.

Pour in your meat, fish, salt and Seasonings. Cover and bring to boil.

Add garden egg leaf. Your sauce is ready.
