Marinate the pork in pickle juice in a zip lock bag. Let all the air out of bag and seal it. Put in the refrigerator over night or for at least 2 hours.

In a pan heat oil. Sear the chops.

Chop carrots, onions, spices, and zucchini add to pan and cook 10 minutes covered

Wash, core, and peel the apples and pear. Dice them. Add to pan and add butter. Cook till done

Slice the pickles very thinly

Add dill pickles and celery salt to top cover let sit 7 minutes
