Ingredients

  1. 1 CupMaida
  2. 1 CupMozzarella Cheese (flakes)
  3. 1 Tspsalt
  4. 2 TbspGhee
  5. As neededWater
  6. As neededOil

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix maida salt ghee and water to a dough

  2. 2

    Roll out flat and cut into rectangle shapes

  3. 3

    Stuff the shapes with cheese and fold

  4. 4

    Press with the help of fork,heat oil in a pan fry the patties golden brown

  5. 5

    Enjoy your snacks
