Ingredients

  1. Meat
  2. 3large onions
  3. 5large tomatoes
  4. 3 tspgarlic powder
  5. 2tspGinger(grated)
  6. Salt to season
  7. Dhania
  8. 2large carrots

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut your meat to pieces & bring it to boiling

  2. 2

    Add the grated ginger

  3. 3

    Add salt to season,cook until ready & drain the extra water

  4. 4

    Add the source(made from oil,ground garlic,carrots,onions,tomatoes) to the cooked meat

  5. 5

    Stir & mix well& bring it to boiling

  6. 6

    Serve with ugali,rice
