Wash and Soak rice for 5 minutes

Clean and chop veggies of your choice

Now,take a open pot or use pressure cooker now add 1 tbsp oil then cumin seed and put onion and sauté it.Spices are in the given picture

Now add all the veggies and spices and mix it and cover the lid for 5 minutes

Now open the lid,mix it again and add rice followed by 2-3 cup water and let it cook till the rice turns soft (if cooking in pressure cooker then only 1 vessel is enough)
