  • 10potato pieces
  • 5tspns cooking oil
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1 tbspnturmeric powder
  • 1 tbspnpaprika
  • 1 tbspngaram masala

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Wash and cut your potatoes into fine desirable shapes (don't peel)

  2. 2

    Season them with salt and above stated spices for 15 minutes

  3. 3

    Shallow fry them till they're crunchy.

  4. 4

    Serve hot with a chilled drink

  5. 5

    Bon appetite
