Carrot green peas curry(Gazar - Matar ki sabji)

First in a pressure cooker heat oil and add cumin seeds,let them crackle,add onion stir and cook until light golden in colour,add ginger stir.Add turmeric powder, coriander powder and red chilli powder,stir and quickly add tomatoes and green chillies.saute well.

Add salt and little water, cook covered for a min on low to medium flame.

Add carrots and peas.saute and cook covered for 5 - 7 minutes on medium flame.(stir in regular intervals).

Add required water (desired consistency) stir well and cook for 1 whistle.

Add garam masala and fresh chopped coriander,serve hot with chapati.
