    Break and fry the egg with just a pinch of salt and dry pepper

    Fry your onions a little and set aside. I usually fry it before the egg

    Butter 2 slices of bread on both sides. The remaining 2, butter on only one side

    Mix your lettuce, cucumber and tomatoes with the salad creme and set aside

    On a flat surface, place one slice of bread - the one with one sided butter. Put your fried egg on it, place another slice of bread - the one with butter on both side - put your chicken or beef or fish. Put the third slice bread and put the vegetables on it. Finally cover with the last bread and gently press it down.

    With your bread knife or any sharp knife, gently cut out the edges of the bread while pressing down the bread. Cut to your desired shape
