Ingredients

  1. 1 bagskale or any green veg
  2. Sprinkle of salt
  3. Pinchpepper
  4. 1 teaspooncumin seeds
  5. 1 teaspooncoriander seeds

Steps

  1. 1

    In a bowl or pestle crush the spices and seasoning. Put to one side.

  2. 2

    Bring a pan of water to boil.

  3. 3

    Add greens and the crushed seeds.

  4. 4

    Simmer until cooked to your liking. Drain using a sieve rather than colander so you don’t loose all the lovely bits of seeds.

  5. 5

    Serve hot. Yum.

Have you ever added a bit of freshly grated nutmeg? It is wonderful with dark greens! You won't need any other spice,save salt and pepper. Do try it.
