In a bowl,add all the dry ingredients together and sieve twice. Mix sugar and egg together then add the melted butter and oil and mix again. You can use mixer or blender

After mixing,pour out in a bowl,divide the dry ingredients into 4parts and also the buttermilk into 4part

Mix in 1part of flour into the batter then 1part of buttermilk. continue doing that until both the flour and buttermilk is finish. Don't forget to stir in a circular motion using your spatula

Preheat your toasted for like 10mins,then scoope the batter and fill in the toaster. Then close the toasted and let the red colour on the button of the toaster to blink then you're cake is ready

NOTE: Mix 1cup of water and 3tsp of full powder milk then add your lemon. You ll notice that the milk is cuddling like cow milk(kindirmo) that's buttermilk
