Ingredients

  • 1 bunchmethi (fenugreek leaves)
  • 5medium size potatoes
  • Salt, oil, green chillies, turmeric powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Chop fenugreek leaves, cut potatoes into standard pieces...

  2. 2

    Put oil into a pan, then fenugreek leaves, sauté for a while, add salt n turmeric powder, then potatoes n green chillies... Let it cook at low heat..

  3. 3

    Served with roti
