5medium size potatoes
Salt, oil, green chillies, turmeric powder

Chop fenugreek leaves, cut potatoes into standard pieces...

Put oil into a pan, then fenugreek leaves, sauté for a while, add salt n turmeric powder, then potatoes n green chillies... Let it cook at low heat..
