First roast and peel peanuts then make it into coarse powder with a pinch of salt and keep aside now roll out a ball of dough to form a roti and spread the peanut powder over it spread the brown sugar and seal the roti from the corners to the middle. Now roll out the Paratha and cook with ghee on both sides.

Increase the amount of peanut and brown sugar as per how many ever roti you want.. this amount is for one roti.
