Ingredients

  1. 4 cupsBeans
  2. little blended shawa, crayfish
  3. 1small Smoked titus fish (deboned)
  4. Seasoned boiled sharki and liver (diced)
  5. 15large Shombo
  6. 4seeds Red habanero pepper
  7. 1/2 cupVegetable oil
  8. 3large Onions
  9. 3Hard boiled egg
  10. Seasoning
  11. Salt

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash and peel off skin of beans

  2. 2

    Deseed shombo and add to beans

  3. 3

    Add habanero pepper and onions and grind smoothly

  4. 4

    Place a small pot on fire and add vegetable oil to heatup

  5. 5

    Then pour in the hot vegetable oil into the blended beans mixture while stirring to mix well

  6. 6

    Add the little blended shawa and crayfish and titus fish

  7. 7

    Add salt and seasoning

  8. 8

    Pour in the diced sharki and liver

  9. 9

    Pour in a greased pan or wrap in banana leaves then drop in hard boiled egg and steam until ready
