Sindhi sai bhaji with yellow rice

Wash and chop all the required vegetable and greens.

In a pressure cooker, heat oil on medium flame, start by adding the cumin seeds onions, saute for of minutes.

Next add the ginger and green chilli. Saute for of minutes.

Once the onions & ginger-green chilli are sauteed well, add all the vegetables- carrot, beans, brinjal, bottle gourd, and tomatoes. Saute these vegetables for a few minutes add all dry masala

At this stage add the chana dal Finally add the chopped greens - palak and methi and mix well. Add 2 cups water, close the lid and pressure cook the Sindhi Sai Bhaji for 4 to 5 whistles until the dal is cooked through.

Your Sindhi Style Sai Bhaji is ready to be served.

Wash &dal having bottom add water 🚰 half cup water add dal turmeric powder cook 20 minute

Add 1 glass of water add rice 🍚salt mix it well cook rice 🍚20 rice

Ready rice serve with sai bhaji
