Ingredients

4 servings
  • 1 cupSpinach Leaves (Palak), finely chopped
  • 1/4 cupChana dal (Bengal Gram Dal), washed and soaked
  • 1Carrots (Gajar), finely chopped
  • 8,9 Green beans chopped
  • 1Brinjal finely chopped
  • 2 Onions, finely chopped
  • 1green chilli
  • 1 tablespoonGhee
  • 1 TSPcumin seeds
  • 1 tspTurmeric powder (Haldi)
  • 1 tspRed chilli powder
  • 2,3 tomatoes chopped
  • 1 TSPGinger paste
  • 1/2 cuprice 🍚
  • 1/2 cup chana dal soak half hour
  • 1/2 tspTurmierc powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash and chop all the required vegetable and greens.

  2. 2

    In a pressure cooker, heat oil on medium flame, start by adding the cumin seeds onions, saute for of minutes.

  3. 3

    Next add the ginger and green chilli. Saute for of minutes.

  4. 4

    Once the onions & ginger-green chilli are sauteed well, add all the vegetables- carrot, beans, brinjal, bottle gourd, and tomatoes. Saute these vegetables for a few minutes add all dry masala

    At this stage add the chana dal Finally add the chopped greens - palak and methi and mix well. Add 2 cups water, close the lid and pressure cook the Sindhi Sai Bhaji for 4 to 5 whistles until the dal is cooked through.

    Your Sindhi Style Sai Bhaji is ready to be served.

    Rice method

    Wash &dal having bottom add water 🚰 half cup water add dal turmeric powder cook 20 minute

  9. 9

    Add 1 glass of water add rice 🍚salt mix it well cook rice 🍚20 rice

    Ready rice serve with sai bhaji
