Masala bhindi

Add all the ingredients of filling in a bowl and mix well

Wash and clean dry bhindi. Give them a slit in center making a cavity in it center and cut them in small pieces. Make slit in such a way that you can stuff in the filling.

Stuff all the bhindi and keep aside. Take oil in a kadhai.

Add carom seeds. When they turn brown add all the stuffed bhindi and all the leftover peanut masala. Mix well.

Add 1tsp sugar so that bhindi doesn't looses it's colour. Cover cook for 15-20mins.

Serve hot with fulkas or paratha.
