First, Take a pot add rice in 2glass of water shoke atleast 2 hour washed well now drain the rice on cotten cloth under fan after 1 an hour griend them into mixer griender.rice flour is ready for anarsha.Now khadhai put on flame add gaggery 4 tsp water cook until gaggery become thin syrup.Now add rice flour saute few min add soda.

Now place the dough in a plate make smooth dough by kneading continuously add little warm water kneed again till smooth keep aside atleast1 an hour.

Now make all anarsha own size.all anarsha roll in seasame seeds keepaside for 15 min.

Now, khadhai put on flame add oil deepfry all anarsha till golden brown
