Ingredients

  • First layer:
  • 3/4 cupbutter
  • 1/2 cupchopped nuts (I use almond, walnut, pecan)
  • 1 1/4 cupsflour
  • Second layer:
  • 8 ozcream cheese
  • 9 ozcool whip
  • 1 cuppowdered sugar
  • Third layer:
  • 5 cupsmilk
  • 4 boxesinstant lemon pudding
  • Fourth layer:
  • 8 ozcool whip

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix 1st layer ingredients well and press into a 9x13 inch baking dish

  2. 2

    Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes. Let cool.

  3. 3

    Beat together 2nd layer ingredients and spread over cooled crust.

  4. 4

    Mix pudding with milk for 3rd layer and beat until stiff.

  5. 5

    Spread it over the 2nd layer.

  6. 6

    Spread 4th layer ingredients over 3rd layer

  7. 7

    Chill overnight before serving
