  • 11/2 cupflour
  • Baking powder
  • Salt
  • Melted butter
  • Whisked egg
  • Cold water
  • Seasoning
  • For fillings
  • Cook fish with seasoning
  • Debone fish
  • Add onion and garlic both chopped
  • Steam and use in rolls

    Sift flour

    Pre heat oven

  3. 3

    Add all the ingredients. Baking powder then mix, salt & mix butter and mix the. Add cold chilled water bit by bit till u get a form dough. Knead and set aside

    Roll out on a flat surface and add in fillings and roll well
