Steps

Take a pan add 4 Cups of water and boil it for 5 mins.

Then add salt and raw gobhi in it. And drain it. And keep aside.

Then take a bowl. Add maida, corn flour, ginger garlic paste, chilli powder, salt and water to make a batter without any lumps.

Then again take gobhi and dip in the batter and coat it and fry in deep oil.

Again take another pan. Add oil. Ginger, garlic and chilli saute well.

Then add onion and green onions saulte as well. After this add cubed capsicum.

Add sauces mention above.. Tomato, chilli sauce. Then add 1 tsp vinegar and soya sauce.

After that add pepper mix it well And add fried gobhi and Mix it all well.

And it's ready to eat
