Ingredients

  • 1 bowlboiled chana
  • 2 piecestomatoes
  • 2 piecesonion
  • 1 inchginger
  • 5_6 pieces Garlic
  • 2 spoonoil
  • to tasteSalt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, gram masala according
  • 1 tbspJeera
  • 1 tbspDry coriander powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Best onion, tomato, ginger & garlic in grinder

  2. 2

    Take a pan and heat oil. Saute jeera & coriander powder

  3. 3

    Now saute beat masala in pan for 15 min.

  4. 4

    After this mix dry masala and cook it for five min.

  5. 5

    Now mix boiled chana and cook it for ten min.

  6. 6

    Now masala is ready. Serve it with chapati or rice.
