First boil potato

After boiled peel and grate potato.

Slice off the tops of capsicum.remove the seeds and pat dry with a kitchen towel.keep aside.

In small pan heat oil cumin first and then add chopped onions.

Saute onion till brown. Add green chilli.stir and add haldi powder, red chilli powder stir again.

Boiled all the vegetable sweet corn, peas into mashed potato.saute for 2 min.

Now add crushe cheese and garam masala, mango powder, salt to taste.

Stir it well and add chpped coriander leaves mix again.

Now stuffind with a spoon into capsicum.

Then brush oil outside the capsicum and placed stuffed capsicum on a baking tray and bake for 20 to 30 minutes.(oven tempratures vary, so you keep an eye),till the capsicum has become golder.

Now you can top some grated cheese on the potatoes.

Now serve hot.
