Wash and clean dry mirchi.

Slit from center and remove all the seeds.

Mix all the ingredients of besan batter and Prepare the besan batter of medium consistency using appropriate amount of water.

Mix all the ingredients of stuffing. Fill all the mirchi with the stuffing.

Dip the stuffed mirchi is besan batter and deep fry them till golden brown.

Cut from center and serve hot with ketchup or chutney.
