Ingredients

  • 6 dlchicken broth
  • 4 dlcoconut milk
  • 2carrots
  • 1onion
  • 1/2leek
  • 1/2selleri
  • 2chilli
  • Ginger
  • Garlic
  • Green or red curry paste
  • 2tomatoes
  • Salt & pepper
  • Star anise
  • Lime
  • 400 gchicken or salmon

Steps

  1. 1

    Saute vegetables

  2. 2

    Add the curry paste and let simmer.

  3. 3

    Pour in coconut milk and broth, boil for an hour.

  4. 4

    Strain all vegetables.

  5. 5

    Boil the soup then add desired vegetables and chicken or salmon
