Ingredients

  1. 6 dlchicken broth
  2. 4 dlcoconut milk
  3. 2carrots
  4. 1onion
  5. 1/2leek
  6. 1/2selleri
  7. 2chilli
  8. Ginger
  9. Garlic
  10. Green or red curry paste
  11. 2tomatoes
  12. Salt & pepper
  13. Star anise
  14. Lime
  15. 400 gchicken or salmon

Steps

  1. 1

    Saute vegetables

  2. 2

    Add the curry paste and let simmer.

  3. 3

    Pour in coconut milk and broth, boil for an hour.

  4. 4

    Strain all vegetables.

  5. 5

    Boil the soup then add desired vegetables and chicken or salmon
